Buckets of Work
With a full day of work behind them, the group had collaboratively and systematically moved from introduction through the tradeshows to the what did you hear? what did it mean? reporting. Next they moved from scenarios through the individual exercise to the model consolidation and the development of an overall model.
Based upon the overall model, the group arrived upon four core buckets of work necessary to move the model from concept to reality:

- Needs Assessment
- Funding
- Business Organizational
- Communications/Marketing
After identifying these core areas, the participants were challenged to commit to working in one, or more, of these areas.
Of the 42 attendees, 25 of them signed up for at least one role:

6 signed up for two roles
1 signed up for three roles
